Bali – The island of Bali will once again take center stage, not for tourism this time, but for technological innovation and digital business. The Svolution Digital Summit (SDS) 2025, billed as the largest artificial intelligence-commerce (AI-commerce) gathering in Southeast Asia, is scheduled to take place at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) on September 16–17, 2025.
The inaugural summit is expected to draw more than 3,500 digital industry players from 65 countries, including startup founders, investors, and global marketing professionals.
Unlike many other technology forums, SDS has adopted a strongly practical orientation. Organizers said that 86 percent of the sessions will focus on hands-on practice, live demonstrations, and applicable strategies. Participants will be guided by global experts on how to deploy AI-driven tools, from automated content agents to ready-made sales funnels designed to generate recurring revenue.
Focus on business growth
The two-day summit will address a range of topics central to digital commerce, including:
Building effective sales funnels
Mastering traffic and lead generation
Business automation strategies
Creating high-impact digital content
A number of high-profile speakers have been confirmed, among them Dan Henry, a global sales funnel expert; Peng Joon, an online business strategist; Peter Kell, a growth marketing specialist; Rory Flynn, a paid traffic expert; and Denny Santoso, a leading Indonesian digital marketing figure.
Executives from Meta and TikTok are also slated to attend, offering insights into the growth of AI-driven social e-commerce.
Bali as the hub
Andrew Lim, co-founder of SVO.ai, said the choice of Bali was deliberate.
“Bali was chosen because of its large digital nomad community and international diversity, making it an ideal host for a global digital summit,” Lim told reporters. “The event also promotes Balinese tourism by introducing the island to many first-time visitors.”
Lim added that SDS aims to serve as a hub for knowledge exchange between East and West, bringing technological advancements from Western markets into Asia. “It is also designed as a platform for entrepreneurs to connect, collaborate, and create new business opportunities,” he said.
The summit will close with the Svolution International Fiesta at Atlas Beach Club. Organizers described the event as a luxury networking opportunity designed to encourage collaboration in an informal setting.
Indonesian cooperatives in the spotlight
One of the most closely watched developments at SDS 2025 will be the participation of the Garuda Nusantara Digital Assets Multi-Party Cooperative (KMP ADNG). Its chairman, Assoc. Prof. Adv. Capt. Rizki Adam, Ph.D., called the summit “a critical momentum” for Indonesia.

“We believe now is the time for national businesses, including cooperatives, to adapt to the AI-commerce era,” he said. “The goal is not merely to follow global trends, but to build a self-reliant digital economy capable of competing internationally.”
Rizki emphasized that KMP ADNG intends to position cooperatives as drivers of digital transformation. “By joining forums such as SDS, we want to show that Indonesian cooperatives can embrace technology and leverage AI for the welfare of their members,” he said.
